Health insurance open enrollment is coming. Are you ready?

Just as you insure your home and vehicle against potential problems and damages, health insurance provides some protection against giant bills when you or someone in your family has a medical emergency.

The open enrollment period in Arizona is coming very soon – and there are a few things you might want to know as you compare health insurance plans.

There is also the catastrophic coverage option for people who are under 30 years of age or have a hardship exemption, according to Healthcare.gov.
